J’ai testé le « Crystal Jade Golden Palace » du Paragon Mall et le « Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao » du Ngee Ann City Mall, une bonne expérience pour les deux.
La différence entre ces restaurants se trouve dans l’éventail de plats disponibles.
La qualité est à peu près la meme mais la présentation est plus simple, comme le décors pour les Crystal Jade Xiao Long Bao / La miantiao.
Aussi bon qu’à Shanghai…
